What is special about a Floater Frame?
To frame and showcase your most beautiful designs, Ion Belt offers a hardwood floater frame, custom-made. The floater frame creates an elegant border for the design with a 0.16 or 0.27 in. (4 or 7 mm) gap (or 0.98 in. (25 mm) with the Basel Plus frame), thus generating a unique floating effect.
What is the shipping deadline?
Usually it takes an average of 12 days, but sometimes takes a few days longer, custom orders not available on the website take longer but all depends on the products.
Can I get advice before the purchase about what to chose?
Yes, you will have access to customer support or the artist if need too, the materials and frame options were already decided by the artist already to complement the work, but you can request a configuration not available on the website and work together with the artist for ultimate advice.
Can I hang the artwork my self?
Yes, the piece comes with hanging hardware installed already, and it’s ready to hang, it also comes with instructions of how to do it, for large format pieces you may consider some one else to help you.
